the best days ever...

our campfire....hahax..jus cum back frm What's Next Camp ytd..it was the first camp i had gone for OB since i joined OB for almost 2 semester le...hahax...it was a great experience and FUN!!!
1st Day
we set off frm the sch and start our journey of our day 1 Amazing Race...the first stop was at orchard...hahax...on the way we got to do some bouns tasks in order to get points...the tasks were weird but FUN n FUNNY....hehex..we got to do a performance and get the audience to clap for us..hahax...thus my grp mates do the human pyramaid while i go n get the audiences..then we went to the other check points like bugis,chinatown,little india n many more...we went to bugis for lunch..we had Nasi lemak...hehex..then when we were at little india our task was to look for an indian tradititonal kind of food tat when it's chewed your mouth will turn red..thus we found out tat it was called betal nut...then the whole grp of us got to eat one each...the bitter nut was wrapped wif a leaf..then we got to eat the whole thing!!! OMG!! a leaf...hahax..this was my first time eating this kind of thing...it taste reali weird..at first i was quite fearful to try de..but for the sake of the points i encourge my grpmates to try oso...hahax..then in the evening we went to west coast park to pitch our tents...we cook our dinner wif mess tins n canned food...it was nice i should say...hahax..in the nitz we went for our nitz walk at the lim chu kang cemetery...it was my first time having a nite walk there...at the start i dun reali feel scared or jus as per normal...so we got to walk in pair into the cemetery...overrall the walk was OK..but sumtimes when i heard some noise i feeling abit scared la...hehex..
Day 2
We went for a hike at Bukit timah Hill...hahax..it was my first time climbing Bukit Timah hill...when i told my team tat it was my first time, all of them were stunned...hahax..It was a tough hike coz we had to come across many narrow n steep paths n we were carrying our heavy backpack...indeed it was a good form of physical training for us..hahax..During the hike we encourge each other n making funny jokes...we even form our Xiao Xiao family...wahahax..coz during the hike we called kelvin "xiao pang" then we decided to have everyone in our grp to have our name started wif XIAO...hahax...we have XIAO PANG(kelvin),XIAO JIE(yong jie),XIAO HENG(yu heng) XIAO XIANG(clement),XIAO KAI(jun kai),XIAO YU(samuel), XIAO QUAN(bjorn), XIAO JIA(ying jia),XIAO SHI(hui shi) ,XIAO XIN(xin yi) n last XIAO FANG (me)...wahahax...we had alot of fun tgt...n when we get tired we encourge each other wif our grp signiture drink "TEH PENG"!!!! hahax...coz everyone in our grp was addicted to tat drink...thus we used tat drink to motivate each other coz when we got down the hill..we decided to have our dinner at Clementi n had our TEH BING...hehex...
After we had our dinner...we procee on to the other check points...when we were on the way to changi area we decided to hich a ride...we waitded for very long n finally we had done it!!! a very kind uncle who was ex-NP student gave us a ride there, he said he jus came back frm there...we were reali very touched by his kindness...coz when we though tat we going to be the last grp to reach the last check point...he lighten up our hope..THANKS UNCLE!!! U ROX!!!!
At abt 8 plus we board a ferry to Pular Ubin...n stay there for 2 nites...
3rd Day
we had our amazing race at Pular Ubin..went trekking there n i think i am the most unlucky one in my grp...coz as we were trekking in the mud...i'm the first to fall into the mud n fall 2 times during the whole entire trekking..the first fall i got to taste the taste of the mud..it tastes salty..n the second fall i almost pull yu heng down coz he was holding onto me when i was going to fall...so sorry...damn sad coz my nike shoe become choco shoe le...but luckily the whether helped us...coz it rains very heavily through the half way thru the trekking...then all of us got to stop our activity...then we went to wash our dirty shoes in the rain..we had fun in the rain...this is wat i nrv done b4 in the rain..hahax..
In the nitz...we had our camp fire...YEAH!!! the best activity of the camp...hahax...singing,dancing,cheering n watching intresting performances...hehex...as every grp have to come out wif an item...then my grp come out wif a story telling..the story is form in such a way that we used all our grp members' name to form a story...hahax...
the story goes like this.....
One sunny day of 300 KELVIN.A group of ying JUN KAI lang de teenagers starts walking from CLEMENTi and pass-by SAMUEL n kevin and went in to buy XIN YI.the wheather was so hot that our face HUI HONG and we feel very tired tat we though we HUI SHI.But we didn't give up instead we YONG JIE tong xin and go BJORN our limits.Suddenly YU Heng zhi xia,we deceided to chiong ti our destination n become da YING JIA..
4th day...
the day tat i'm awaiting for...HOME SWEET HOME...n BATHING!!! coz i do not have proper shower for 3 days le...some days dun even get to bath...hahax...had our brunch at changi...then went back to NP to wash our tents...hahax..and that was the end of the camp...
through this camp...i had understand better of my OB frenzs n had bond wif them...thanks for all the fun n happy memories u have given me me guys...thanks alot...n i promised i will try my best to attend all up cuming OB camps...hahax..=D
