wat a bad day...haiz...

haiz...today is reali a bad working day for me lor...haiz...mayb i should't have work today...hahax...coz i got write wrong orders for my customers...got one customer wants pirikara udon yet i write nikomi udon instead...when the food is served then i realised i write wrong...but luckily tat customer very very good...he accept the wrong order...i was so touched...hahax...thanks alot man...then the other customer who was sitting near by was like asking wat happened so i tell her is my fault coz i write wrongly lor...even her order i oso take wrong WA damn pai sei lor...coz at first she order one California handroll then she order salmon maki...i didnt noe tat she actuali only want one order nia...so in the end she eat the handroll...then i told her tat i'm very sorry abt it n i dunno why today keep taking wrong orders n serve wrong things to my customers...i feel reali very sorry abt tat...n surprisingly she told me this"dun worry...everyday is different,u cant control...n sumore no one is perfect...if tat person didnt take wrong order before i think he/she is not a normal person..." so consoled me..i feel much better after then...but still very gulity la...then when her frenz cum...she keep telling her frenz tat i'm very good...but i jus stand there feeling very pai sei lor..coz i'm not good today lor...so hope tat tml will be a good working day for me...hahax...

hApPy...

hmmm....back to blog again...hahax...today as usual i went for mco practise...then mr low told us abt the Genting competition thingy...actually i dun reali feel like going de...coz then period i'm having common tests, dun have $$$$ n most importantly my mun dun allow me to go...so haiz...i oso dunno whether to go anot..in a dilemma..if only i can split myself into 2 then all problems will be solved...hahax...

After mco practise,i n anne...went to amk hub...our motive there was to help me find a suitable bag...but in the end i din buy any bag but 2 short pants...hahax..n becoz today is amk hub bash opening...alot of events were going on at amk hub...there were 3 stages in total..2 at the outdoor n one in the indoor...so we jus went ard to see wat's happening...n we realise tat got mi lu bing tat band cuming at 8pm...so we jus wonder ard amk...jus to explore new things lor...walk frm inside of the hub to the outside...hahax..went ard to find good food n nice clothings...hehex...then abt 6 plus...i feel like eating handrolls so we went to ichiban...WOW...they all so bad de lor...ask me to self-service myself...not good de...especially tat manager n tat QA lor...hahax...frm greeter to order food to tea refill to clear table all i do myself lor...the other customers were like looking at me...so pai sei de lor... n all my orders cum so late de lor...especially tat soft shell crab tempura...we waited for 20 mins plus lor...hahax...

so after ichiban...we went to the stages to see whether which stage will mi lu bing go...so frm one stage to another we went to look lor...so tire...haha...then we both think tat,tat indoor stage have the highest possibility so we went there first...but in the end,we saw many dancers on stage dancing...they all dance reali well...in the very first place i din noe tat those dancers are actuali frm NP until the MC said it...i was like"huh? frm NP? my sch?"hahax...i was shocked...coz i dun even noe tat my sch dancers were tat good...hahax...then when the MC said tat the project superstars n campus superstars will be at the outdoor stage we both quickly rushed there hope to stand for a good spot..it squeeze like hell lor...hahax...Nevertheless we still could see quite clearly de...but my phone not good so...pics not very clear...haiz...so my nxt aim IS TO BUY A DIGITAL CAMERA!!! hahahax...the sad thing is tat we din get to see mi lu bing becoz they cum tml de...SIAN!!! then there is fireworks but in the end we couldnt see anything becoz we r too near the building le..then only could see sparks of it...n reflection frm those HDB flats window..sadden...

Overall i think today's outing wif anne was a good one..even though we din reali had tat much fun as we have in a grp...but i'm happy..coz it was quite long time le tat i din go out wif her le...i mean only the both of us la...hahax...talked alot of our things(gals' talk) hehex...n mayb understand each other better le ba..hahax..

new area manager...weird guy...

hmm..today's work day quite fun de...a new going-to-be area manager is replacing Kenthe...hahax...funny de lor...tat new manager wear pink today...when i first saw him i thought he was just a customer becoz he was sitting at one of the seats...so i jus t walk passed him and smile lor..hahax...after a while then i know he is the new area manager...hahax...frankly speaking,he dun look like lor...then through out the day...he keep noticing my work performance...n asked me alot of qns n always cum ti my section...hahax...but i dun reail care abt him de la...hehex...
erm...today's customers...memorable n sum troublesome ones...got quite a few very ma fan de lor...want this dun want this...eat one meal oso need so troublesome...dun eat la...hahax...memorble customer was the little who cry becoz she couldnt get a seat near the compere belt...becoz all r not available...so her mum cum to ask me whether is there any seat near the belt...so i promised the gal to look out for the seats near the belt one...but in the end i couldnt find one...so i jus console her...n finali she smiled le..haha..so cute of her...then she ask her mum to ask me qns...hahax..she asked(when i'm working,where i studying,....)she so CUTE lor...hahax...then she look at my name tag to see my name...then i oso look at her name tag to see for her name oso...coz she is wearing her sch uniform...hahahax...her name is xin yu...nice name...hehex...before she left she gave me a strawberry favor de lollipop...so sweet of her...hahahax...

finali...a day of rest...

Finali i got myself a day of rest form work...quite long didnt blog le...so cum to blog lor...hahax...i wanna make use of today to do the things i like...heeex...nd to pratise my zhong ruan...coz my skill reali dropped alot...haiz...but most of all i will slack at the sofa watch tv...hahax...

hmmm...yesterday was a very interesting day...even though i spend my whole day working i still could find myself sum entertainment through my customers hahahaz...ytd i reali met quite alot of "funny" de pple...

First customer, in the afternoon...there cum a family,wif a father,mother n a child abt 3-5 yrs old...intially they were very happy...ordering food frm me...the father even told me to serve the saba fish tat he had ordered fast...so as usual i pass the order n went to pick up sushi frm the belt...Suddenly i heard the child crying very loudly,the whole ichiban could heard his cry...when i went to see wat happened...they were leaving...the father who was carrying the child told me tat he's not eating le...at tat moment i was totally stunned...i stood there staring at the food tat had jus serve to their table...but luckily...the father did went to the cashier to pay...orelse i reali dunno how to handle...hahax...i n my supervior was shocked standing there dunno wat to do...i went to ask the father whether he want to take the food away? n he said no...i was like huh? free food for us????hahax...then i was told to bring the food back to the kitchen...hahahax....it is the first time i encountered this kind of situation...quite fuuny de...this kind of parent oso have...becoz of their child throwing trumpet...they went off without eating the food...

Second customer,late afternoon...there were 2 man in their 30 - 40s...were sitting there eating their lunch...i was at there doing my afternoon duty...refilling chopsticks n napkins...then they call for service...so i went over becoz i was the nearest to them..they were like asking me to introduce them which dessert is nice...but before i could do tat i think they wan me to intro myself first lor...tat guy keep asking alot of qns...he saw my name tag n sae so u r huihong...wat's ur surname? where u live? how long have u been working here? n blablabla.....i feel like i'm selling myself then selling those desserts lor...hahax...then suddenly he pop this qns"have u think of changing a new working environment?" i was like"erm...not reali..coz i been working here quite happy de..."then he jiu give me his name card,he was excuitive chef of dunno wat hotel de...hahax..he wanted me to work at tat hotel as a service staff...i din accept his request n before he leave ichiban he say"hey! rmb huh!...consider..." i jus smile n reply to him sure...hahax...

Third customer,nitz time..very busy..doing A section wif my manager..but becoz she's manager ma..so always dun see her at the station coz she was running everywhere...hahaz...no offence..so i went up at down my section to take order,pass order,serve serve serve n check order lor..hahax..then there is a table wif a guy n 2 gals...i notice tat thye were laughing since they were sitted down...actuali they din reali catch my attention becoz their order is not taken by me de...but becoz i have to check order so went to their table...n they suddenly stopped laughing...i realise tat they still left wif one dish tat have not been serve...so i tell them this dish needs abit more of time to cook...n tat guy request to serve his ice cream first..so i din..but actuali when i went into the kitchen to check...actuali is the kitchen who had missed that order lor...hahax..sorry i lied...hehex...when the ice cream was served the food also served at the same time..n they were laughing like hell tat i dunno y they laugh la...i thought it was becoz both cum at the same time ma so they laugh..so i apologised the them for the food to cum late...then suddenly one of the gal say"my frenz say..."she was being stopped by the guy not to say..so i was jus smiling to them...when i was abt to go, the other gal say"my frenz wanna ask u whether u r free this weekend?n he wants to get ur number"i was like huh? jus smiling to them n say"erm...this weekend not very free lei...hahahax..."then i jus walked away...n they continue to laugh lor...hahahax...

Last customer,about to have last order soon...some customers were still coming in...then there was this family...ordered california roll n sum other food la...then when u served the cali roll the father n tat mother were like saying tat cali roll looks soggy...so i changed one for them...then when i serve the second one...they were like examine the like wat like tat...staring at the cali roll for 1 min lor..then i went to break the silence " is it ok?" and they still stare at it...i was like wat the %%## u staring at? so i went on to tell them tat it's freshly made...then the father went on to eat it...then i jus went away lor...hahax...siao de lei...cali roll nia ma...didnt see before ar? hahahax...

Feel sorry for jobe's fish...coz tat fish jump out of the tank...then ah keong cum out of the kaiten to help her find...hahaha...at first i didnt know wat they doing keep looking at the floor...but dunno look for wat...hahax...n we quickly lift up our feet to see whether the fish is stuck under our shoes...hahahahax...so funny lor...

so tired...

haiz....have been working non-stop through out these few weeks...so tire lor...wanna have a break oso cannot...coz no $$$ ar....hahax...but these few weeks work i think it's kinda of fun, exciting,new experiences n have alot of fun n laughter wif my workmates...hahahaz....working together is fun...coz we will curse n swear those bad customers together n got complain by customers together...hehex...Nevertheless we will have some arguments btw us too..but it will soon be resolve by our laughter...cracking jokes n making fun of each other is wat we do everyday...hahax...we will oso share the fruits of labour after we had hit our sales target of a month...last fri we jus went for a steamboat at bugis as a celebration...this is my first time attend this kind of staff retreat...it was fun as we ate alot n had alot of fun there...even the managers have enjoyed themselves...
BUT tat's the good side of working...i thinking working is quite stressful de lor...coz everyday we had to face many different kinds of customers n new workers...we had to react to the situation fast enough in order not to get complains frm customers...n always have to put on a fake mask to hid our anger away frm customers...tat's reali a torture.. Today my supervisor said"part timer the best,coz have no troubles to worry" but i tell her wrong coz sumtimes i feel quite stress when cuming to work coz i have those hidden problems tat others didnt able to see it...hahax...not to mention here...hehex...
ok...gtg...coz very tire le..tml still nd to work....

yoz guys!!! i'm back frm batam...haha...it was a great experience wif my classmates at batam...hehex...we practically play,eat,shopping for the whole 3 days lor...even though it said to be a study visit but the shipyard visit only abt 2 hrs nia...hahaha...

1st day

reached batam at abt noon time...check in into the resort...after then went to one of the shopping mall...FREE TIME !!! so we had our lunch there...i,carrie,eddie n junhong went to one of the restratrant(ZINGDO)...becoz the food there looks nice...haha...we ordered quite alot of food n indeed it was quite nice de...haha...the waiter there very friendly de...haha..mayb becoz we give him alot of tips ba...hahaha...then we went to do our shopping...we went bargaining for all things we bought...haha...[shopping tips : when going overseas to shop it's a MUST to bargain.Becoz they usuali dun put the price tag becoz they wan to cheat those tourist ma...so mus bargain till very low at least half price then buy...hahaha] but i din buy anything for the first day...coz reali dunno wat to buy...haha...In the nitz, we went to the bar in tat resort..went to play pool,singing,drinking,playing table football n dart....first time drinking,so sum light cocktail...quite nice de...haha...

2nd day

wake up at abt 8am(batam time)...had our breakfast buffet at the resort...not reali very nice de...coz limited choices...but no choice but to eat...then went for the ship yard visit...the ship yard is big...we get to understand the working system of tat yard(BATAMAX) n the machines they used...compared to singapore's ship yard...it's quite diffirent de...haha..coz s'pore de is organised n have good infrastructures...but in batam de...quite undeveloped no proper infrastructures...when we go there,it seems like we were all aliens...coz the workers there were like all looking at us as if we were aliens...haha...we eat our lunch at a seafood eatery...food there were nice..haha..then went to shopping again...this time round i bought quite alot of things de..n of coz alot of bargains oso...hehez...went for sae food again for dinner...but this time round got crabs n scallops haha...delicious...then went back to the resort...went to tat bar again...haha...usuali pple go to bar for alcoholic drinks but one of my classmates(wei min) went there for coffee...haha...thus he ordered his coffee...the bar tender was like shocked...she looked surprised n went to double comfirm wif wei min again...haha...then when his order cums..we all were laughing coz she gave him a pot of coffee instead of a cup...wahaha...wei min was shocked too...i was jus thinking how was he going to finish his pot of coffee...haha...in the end he finish his 4 cups of coffee...haha...

last day...

As usual we went for the breakfast buffet...n headed for the 10am ferry...when we were on board...we all went to the aft deck of the ship...the senery there was great...the sky,sea n waves...i like the feeling when the wind blowing on my face n seeing the skies n waves incurred by the ship n the rocking of the ship...when we reached s'pore boundery...a coastal police vessel stopped us...i was surprised...coz i neber seen a police vessel ritz in front of me...so near..the vessel is cool...it had a cool gun on its fore deck n cool policemen in their uniform...haha...they when on board to check n went off...haha..

And tat's abt all for the 3 days 2 nitz in batam...i reali enjoyed myself n had bond wif my classmates more closely...i guess...haha...hope to have more of this kind of outing...=)
